Unincorporated Holly Ridge is the front door to Meta's Hyperion data center. Local reporting puts the community under 2,000 people, while officials estimate 8,000–10,000 workers on site. Most nearby lodging is new RV camps on former farm fields, plus contractor man camps. There is almost no town nightlife; groceries and services are a short drive west in Rayville.
