Housing for DPR, Turner and Mortenson crews at Hyperion

Meta has named DPR Construction, Turner and Mortenson as general contractors on the Richland Parish / Hyperion campus. Plenty of traveling electricians, pipefitters, equipment operators and other trades work for those companies or their subcontractors. 318 Crew does not represent those firms, and this page is not a job board or an official housing desk.

Two housing tracks

• Assigned by your employer. Contractor man camps such as Dunn Village, Holly Ridge Lodge and Cook Creek Village are built to house a contractor's own people. Meals, laundry and security are often included. You generally cannot book a bed as a walk-up guest. Ask your superintendent or travel coordinator first.
• Found on the open market. If your company pays per diem instead of a camp bed, you are in the same hunt as independent travelers: monthly RV parks, mobile-home parks, furnished cabins and Monroe hotels.

What to send us

If you are housing a crew for a DPR, Turner or Mortenson subcontract, use the housing request form and include headcount, move-in date, whether you need RV pads or rooms, and whether the company will be billed. We will point you to matching providers. Property owners who want those crews can list free.

Names of contractors appear here only to describe the jobs nearby. 318 Crew is not affiliated with Meta, Hyperion, DPR Construction, Turner or Mortenson.
