What monthly RV living costs near Holly Ridge and Rayville
Published monthly numbers around Hyperion are still sparse, which is why we show a source and a date on every rate. As of Nov 5, 2026:
| Park | Published figure | What's included (as advertised) |
|---|---|---|
| Cotton Patch RV Park | $1,000/mo | Power, water, sewer, internet, laundry, bathhouse |
| Bee Bayou RV & Mobile Home Park | $50 nightly on sites A–F; monthly rate on request | Energy and water included on monthly stays, per the park |
| The Ouachita RV Park (Monroe) | Starting at $700/mo plus electric | Full hookups advertised; electric billed separately |
| Pavilion, Wagon Wheel and others | Call for rates | Confirm hookups before you compare a headline number |
Budget items beyond pad rent
- Fuel for the commute (Holly Ridge vs. Rayville vs. Monroe).
- Propane, extra adults, pets, or metered electric if the park does not lump them in.
- Deposits and how many days' notice you must give when the job ends.
A $1,000 pad next to the gate can be cheaper than a Monroe hotel even before you count an hour of extra driving every day. It is still not cheap compared with older Southwest Louisiana monthly rates — demand here is concentrated in a small parish.
These figures are a planning guide, not a quote. Parks change prices as crews rotate.
